Support for Students and Families

From the classroom to the school day’s daily routines, our staff partner with families to support each child’s experience. Services include:

• Learning and student support: Special education, English language development and services that support students’ academic, social and emotional needs.
• Advanced learning: Opportunities for students who need additional depth and challenge, including the Navigator Program for exceptionally gifted learners at Excelsior and Scenic Heights elementary schools.
• Everyday essentials: Health services, nutritious school meals and transportation for eligible students.
• Explorers Childcare: Before- and after-school care for students in grades K–5, with additional options on non-school days and during summer. Separate registration is required.
